SCHC's Teen Clinic offer 100% confidential services for Teens (ages 12-19). We offers:

NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY HOURS: Wed: 2-4:30pm Sat: 9am - 2:30 pm LOCATION: at the main SCHC clinic: 751 Lombardi Court, Santa Rosa, 95407 DROP-INS ARE WELCOME (look for signs)

Your RIGHTS as teens in the state of California: + If you're 12 or older, you have the right to birth control, including emergency contraception. |
+Testing and treatment for STI's +Pregnancy testing and prenatal care +Abortion services +HIV/AIDS testing |
You DO NOT need anyone's permission, including your parents or guardians, or your boyfriend or girlfriend.

It's YOUR RIGHT to get these health services confidentially -- the clinic or doctor cannot tell anyone why you were there -- unless you say it's okay. |
