WHO ARE TAG MEMBERS? TAG members are teens who like to talk to their peers about health and other life issues. They commit to attend weekly meetings and to serve their community through projects. They commit two hours per week to volunteer in their community through SCHC (although usually put in many more hours than this), taking part in various projects the group chooses to be involved in. |
MISSON: TAG is a volunteer organization dedicated to creating a strong community and a better future for youth in Sonoma County. As student leaders, we seek to create awareness and inform our peers about teen pregnancy prevention, STIs, and HIV infection and prevention, and access to healthcare through education and outreach. | ||||||||||||||
